Situated on an extremely steep and panoramic promontory, the house extends over a main floor and a smaller lower part.
Access is directly from the street, allowing cars to park on the roof, with an external staircase connecting the various levels.
Particularly notable are the white plastered cantilevered structural walls, which stand out against brick or white plastered masonry.
The house's structure is designed in reinforced concrete with reinforced brick floors and perimeter closure walls in brick.
The exterior finishes include bush-hammered concrete (terrazzo), clinker, and cement plaster, with windows frames made of lacquered fir wood and aluminum, interior floors of ceramic stoneware, and the interior plaster of a standard type.
The accommodation consists of a living-dining room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and a small dressing room equal to three rooms with toilets.
The building, erected on a plot of land with a steep slope towards the sea and the cliff, is supported by a series of thin reinforced concrete triangular walls that rest directly on the mostly natural ground.
The small volumes of the living spaces, the thin walls, the louvered elements above the openings with the terrace having a glass parapet, the canopies, and the large windows of the living room create a light and airy composition that blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape.
