Torre del Mare Architectural Park- Bergeggi - Casa Cefis (Anna)
Da Vedere
Construction: 1959-1960
Location: Via Torre d’Ere, 10, 17028 Bergeggi SV
Builder: Tizzoni
The house is built on three levels: the wall along the street level is entirely clad in local natural stone.
At this level, there are two garages and a pedestrian access with a staircase protected by a gate, and at the top of the wall there is a cantilevered inclined parapet supported by a long sequence of small shaped sections.
The upper balconies are inclined at 45° and are also supported by projecting structural sections finished in white plaster. In some parts of the upper two levels, the cladding consists of exposed brick.
Pedestrian access is also provided at the high rear part of the building through a system of walkways and stairs.
The cladding materials include concrete, exposed concrete, rustic local stone, and split quarry stone; the exterior plasters are in hammered concrete, as the floors are partly wood and partly ceramic. The house features two garages at street level.
On the lower floor, there is a large open-space living-dining area, a kitchen, and a service room with a bathroom; in addition this floor is connected via an internal staircase to the upper floor, which has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In total, the house comprises six rooms, a kitchen and three bathrooms.
In front of the house, including above the garages, there is a garden and the terraces are partly walkable and partly set up as a roof garden.
