Construction: 1959-1961
Location: Via Torre d'Ere, 43, 17028 Bergeggi SV
Company: Tizzoni

Directly bordering Casa Buffa, it is configured as a house with two apartments.
It is developed over three levels with a garage on the street level and external stairs with an access gate: The base part is covered in natural stone, while the upper floors are plastered or covered in brick and where the pink-coloured quarry split parts are not found.
Characterized by a strong presence of light cantilevered slats, the flat roof is not accessible, even though the project included a green roof. The cladding is in local stone, quarry split, and exposed concrete.
The structure of the house consists of a reinforced concrete cage with closing walls in semi-solid air-filled bricks.
Claddings are in natural stone and partly in pink-colored quarry split; the roof has been arranged as a walkable roof garden, there are reinforced brick attics and wooden/Venetian-style floors with plasters of a standard type.
The two residential floors are the same in the two apartments with two garages on the street level.
The ground floor consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms, whereas the first floor contains a living room, three bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms; the second apartment on the ground floor has four rooms, kitchen plus two bathrooms and on the first floor there are also four rooms, kitchen plus two bathrooms. The total number of living spaces is therefore eight rooms, two kitchens plus quadruple bathrooms.
The spatial conception of the house tends to create covered and uncovered spaces (the latter up to the limits of the lot) which allow the free development of "natural" life without rigid interruptions between internal and external environments. This way, the land is used in its entirety with height limitations subordinated to a system of steps (belts and terraces) and in the sense of the plan to a free garden arrangement.
Part of the divisions between inside and outside on the first floor, the "pergola" overhangs above the openings of the two floors and the parapets, above the retaining wall facing the street and delimiting the first floor terraces made of lamellar elements of vibrated concrete and armed, were left natural. These elements not only create a filtered and varied light in the interior, but also favor a close interpenetration of the internal spaces with the surrounding space.
