The house is situated at the highest part of the promontory, near the summit of Torre d’Ere, and serves as a remarkable example of adaptive and creative design capabilities.
Access from the road is provided by an external staircase with a gate; to the right, there is a large grove with tall trees and pathways crossing it.
The parapets of the rooftop terraces, which distinguish this valuable piece of architecture, are, as often seen, plastered in white.
The building was designed with load-bearing walls made of semi-solid bricks and reinforced brick attics, floors with Venetian-style mosaic and the interior plasters of a standard type. The external facades are partly clad in terracotta and partly plastered with white marble dust.
The apartment comprises four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and the toilets.
The roof was planned as a non-walkable terrace with a solid masonry parapet.
